All orders placed on the website must be paid in full before an order can be processed and delivered.

Products may only be returned if they comply with DDK SPORTS Return Policy

All products supplied by DDK SPORTS are delivered and installed with the understanding that the purchaser/buyer agrees with DDK SPORTS Terms and Conditions of Sale including its refunds and returns policy

DDK SPORTS does not accept claims for damaged goods which have not been notified to DDK SPORTS via email, our Web Site Contact Page or via phone call within 14 days of the date of delivery, irrespective of whoever has received the delivery.

DDK SPORTS reserves its right to repair, replace and/or refund any product they deliver and install.

Delivery of purchased goods will be made within 5 - 7 working days irrespective of date of purchase or area consumer is located.

All prices are quoted in Euro. All products priced on the DDK SPORTS website are not inclusive of VAT.

VAT is calculated at a rate of 23%

REFURBISHED OR CLEARANCE OR OTHERWISE NAMED SECOND HAND EQUIPMENT

Refurbished, Clearance or otherwise named second hand pieces of equipment do not fall under standard warranty terms and conditions.  Products that fall under these categories are highlighted and the buyer is responsible for noting that the product is not new and accept the terms and conditions below. 

'In Brief' key Terms & Conditions for used / second hand equipment include:

- All otherwise named, refurbished or clearance products are SOLD AS SEEN; there are no guarantees except for the warranty terms provided by DDK SPORTS.

  • All customers are deemed to have viewed the product being purchased and therefore accept the current condition of the product.
  • You are strongly advised to perform your own detailed inspection of the equipment prior to purchasing.

- All purchases are contracts and are considered final and non withdraw-able unless they fall under our refunds and returns policy.

- No refunds, or credits will be given once acceptance is approved. 

- Unless expressly stated, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, concerning the equipment or its components, including without limitation any representations or warranties concerning functionality, conformity or compliance with any safety standard or requirement of any applicable authority or regulatory body, fitness for any particular purpose, or merchant ability.
