DDK SPORTS RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

  • Prior to returning any Product, please contact our Sales Manager or any DDK SPORTS engineer via our contact page who will guide you through our hassle-free returns’ procedure. This will include an inspection of the Equipment where photos or evidence of damaged equipment should be provided so that an arrangement to fix the equipment can occur or you are provided with a replacement machine and or refunded.
  • Please note: DDK SPORTS equipment and goods delivered and installed to your premises can only be refunded or exchanged if the Equipment/Goods have been deemed to be faulty or damaged during the delivery and installation process.  A machine being damaged, breaking down or requiring spare parts will then fall under our warranty terms if warranty has been provided with said equipment or goods. 
  • Damaged Goods should be highlighted, and a solution agreed within a reasonable time frame. The time frame for highlighting any damage or fault is 14 days in accordance with our Terms And Conditions. By purchasing the item you are agreeing to said terms and conditions.

If documentation of this returns policy is requested, this information will be provided by DDK SPORTS on the day of delivery or Installation of the purchased item.

 

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  • If goods delivered are damaged, please highlight this to a DDK SPORTS engineer immediately upon inspection of product.
  •  Damaged goods will be repaired to Consumer and DDK SPORTS satisfaction in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
